We deliver to all 63 provinces nationwide via trusted carriers and our own fleet for large equipment.
2. Shipping fees
- Free shipping for orders from 5,000,000₫ within Hanoi & HCMC.
- Standard fee from 30,000₫, based on weight and region.
- Bulky equipment (dental chairs, large machines) is quoted separately with installation support.
3. Delivery time
- Inner Hanoi & HCMC: 1–2 business days.
- Other provinces: 2–5 business days.
- Pre-orders or imported-on-demand equipment will have a specific timeline notified.
4. Packaging & inspection on receipt
All equipment is shock-proof packed, sealed and labeled with anti-counterfeit stickers. Please check the package condition, model and quantity upon receipt. If transport damage is found, refuse the parcel or take photos and contact us within 24 hours.
