Return Policy

1. Return window

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of receipt.

2. Return conditions

• Product retains the manufacturer’s seal, label and packaging.
• Includes all accessories, gifts, box and manuals.
• Has a purchase invoice or proof of purchase at HTG Medical.
• Unused, no scratches, no user-caused damage.

3. Non-returnable cases

• Consumables/supplies with opened seals for hygiene & safety reasons.
• Products damaged by misuse or unauthorized repair.
• Custom-ordered products made to the customer’s request.

4. Return process

• Step 1: Contact hotline/email with the order code and a description.
• Step 2: HTG Medical confirms eligibility and guides the return shipment.
• Step 3: Inspect the product and process an exchange or refund.

5. Refunds

Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after the returned product is received and inspected, using your original payment method.
