- Counted from the invoice date or warranty activation.
2. Warranty conditions
- Product within the warranty period with an intact warranty seal.
- Manufacturer/technical defects under normal usage.
- Has a valid invoice or warranty card.
3. Warranty exclusions
- Damage from drops, impact, water, fire, or natural disasters.
- Self-disassembly or repair by unauthorized parties.
- Wrong voltage or misuse against manufacturer instructions.
- Warranty seal torn, altered or broken.
4. Warranty process

- Step 2: Receive, diagnose on-site or collect the device.
- Step 3: Repair/replace with genuine parts and hand over.
